Refund Policy
At RepTheHobby, we want you to love your order.
Because each item is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind. Please be sure to review our size guides carefully before placing your order.
We happily cover the following within 30 days of delivery:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Incorrect items received
If you experience an issue, please email us at support@repthehobby within 30 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the product so we can evaluate the issue, work with our printing provider, and make it right.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll take care of it quickly.
